Problems with emailing report/Report does not send/Error message about email account not set up
STAC and FSTAC use the native email app to send the report from. If you are having difficulty sending the report, it is likely a result of an email account not being set up on your iPad.
To resolve this, you'll want to set up an email account on your iPad.
Be sure the account is set up using the email app that was preinstalled on the iPad, and not a 3rd party email app like Gmail or Outlook
There is no sound, even when sound is working on other apps.
This is likely caused by Silent Mode, which is different from Do Not Disturb mode.
Some apps, such as the ones playing multimedia content can bypass Silent Mode.
Ensure your iPad isn't in silent mode. Take a look at this page to help
